Story Retell----A Very Krusty Christmas

Today, it was the first day of March break. I need not to go to school, so I didn’t have anything special to write about. Therefore, my mom asked me to write a story retell. This is what I wrote:

Christmas was coming up and SpongeBob was so excited that he couldn’t sleep. So, he got up to put more decorations on his house. He put the last three-thousand, one hundred, and forty third light on his house. He turned on the switch. Sqidward awoke. SpongeBob told Squidward that his Christmas wish was to have snow on Christmas day. Sqidward told his wish that to have the day off.

The next morning, SpongeBob wanted to decorate the Krusty Krab. Mr. Krabs told SpongeBob that decorating cost too much money. Someone in the Krusty Krab told them to see the Chum Bucket because there were lots of decorations on the Chum Bucket. Mr. Krabs and SpongeBob rushed outside to see the Chum Bucket. Plankton told Mr. Krabs that Christmas wasn’t about food. It was all about decorating. He told Mr. Krabs that if he didn’t decorate he wouldn’t make any money. He asked SpongeBob to go back to the Krusty Krab to decorate. He grabbed Patrick to decorate with him. Sqidward told SpongeBob that he was putting way too many decorations on the Krusty Krab. SpongeBob sprinkled glow in the dark decorations on the Krabby Patty.

Next, Patrick helped with the Reindeer ride. Patrick told SpongeBob that helping the Reindeer ride was hard. It would be much easier when the snow comes. SpongeBob told Patrick his Christmas wish was to have snow. Patrick told SpongeBob that his wish was to have a hat made out of chocolate. SpongeBob went back inside the Krusty Krab. Mr. Krabs asked SpongeBob that if he was done. He wasn’t done. He still had to build the Christmas Fantasy Land, the Chestnut Roasting Centre, and the build-Your own Gingerkelp House Corner.

The next day, almost everyone in the Bikini Bottom was in the Krusty Krab! At Christmas Eve, they were decorating the Krusty Krab. Plankton was trying to steal Mr. Krabs’s secret recipe of the Krabby Patty. Later, Mr. Krab knew that Plankton was trying to steal Mr. Krabs’s recipe. Then, jingling bells filled the air. Everyone came outside. It was Santa. Santa blew some snow into the air. Everywhere was snow. Santa also gave Patrick a hat made out of chocolate. It snowed so much at night that the Krusty Krab was closed.

I think this is a good book because SpongeBob is weird and funny.
