Mini Soccer Rules

Today is Saturday but we don’t have soccer matches due to March Break. So I made up some mini soccer rules in the morning. The followings are what I wrote:

1. Players must be set up before the game.

2. Goals should be set up correctly.

3. Do rock paper scissors before the game.

4. Whoever wins rock paper scissors gets to start in

    the center first.

5. If handball in their own penalty area, it must be a

penalty for the other team and a red card.

6. If not on purpose, a yellow card of sometimes not

    even a penalty kick.

7. If red card, player must leave the field and play

    with one less player.

8. The ball should be placed at the penalty spot.

9. If a player has a red card, the player cannot

   play for many games.

10. If a penalty kick, the player should be the only

      one in the penalty box.

11. There is offsides.

12. If ball out of the sideline, it should be a kick in.

13. If ball out of goal line, it should be kicked in by

      the goalie.

14. If ball out of goal line, it should be a corner kick.

15. If a goal scored, the ball must be placed in the

center spot and the kick should be for the other

      team.

16. The ball in the center spot must be passed back to

      own team.

17. Players should not be changed when the game is

      still alive.

18. When game is finished, the player must shake

       hands with the other player.

I like these rules. I would follow the rules I made.

  1. These are great rules. How about free kicks? How to differentiate goal kicks and corners?
