Story Retelling ----- The Nightingale

Today, I had nothing special to write, so my mom told me to write a story retell. This is what I wrote :

Many years ago, there once was an emperor of China who lived in a palace surrounded by gardens. Lots of people loved coming to his palace to admire his rare stuff. The people said that the tour of the palace wouldn’t end. When a fisherman heard this, he began leading the visitors to the forest to see a nightingale. The nightingale had a beautiful singing voice. The visitors began to tell their friends about the nightingale. Everyone had heard about this bird except the emperor. One day the emperor received a letter from the emperor of Japan. The emperor of Japan heard about the nightingale. But the emperor couldn’t find the nightingale until he saw the fisherman. Finally the emperor of Japan heard the most beautiful song of the nightingale. He was surprised and pleased. One day, the Japanese emperor sent a replica of the nightingale to the Chinese emperor. The replica could only sing one song. The people liked the replica, so the real nightingale flew home to the forest. The replica played over and over again until it stopped one morning. The Chinese emperor was sad and sick. When the fisherman heard this, he told the nightingale to go back to the Chinese emperor. When the nightingale sang songs for the emperor, he got well. The best nightingale was his companion.
